Baked Peach Recipe
Bite into a ripe juicy peach lately? If you’re a peach fan then you MUST try a baked peach. This easy recipe will make you crave and choose a baked peach over a doughnut any day. Don’t believe me? Try them out to see for yourself! Here is what you need:
  • 3 large peaches
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons salted butter (or unsalted if you are watching your salt intake)
  • 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar (1 if you want it less sweet)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream, for serving (this is optional)
What you need to do:
  1. pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Slice peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Place peaches in an oven safe pan.
  4. Put a small piece (3/4 teaspoon) of butter in the middle of each peach.
  5. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle mixture over the peach.
  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden.
  7. Enjoy your summer treat!
