Please join us in sending a big shout out of thanks to Pacific Western Bank for their $10,000 grant to Manna. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate this vitally important donation. It will provide much needed funds to ensure the continued safety, security, and efficiency of Manna food collection, storage, and distribution operations.
With six branches located between Ventura and Westlake Village, Pacific Western is truly a local banking resource for our community. And while their generosity in this recent grant was a welcome news, it was not a surprise. This wonderful organization has established a terrific track record of supporting local communities.
Since 2011 Pacific Western Bank has partnered with various non-profit organizations to replenish food banks throughout their servicing areas by hosting month long food drives to assist 16 food banks throughout California. They also make a cash donation to each food bank to launch the larger food drive supported by employees and customers alike. Through these drives, Pacific Western Bank and its customers have contributed nearly $100,000 and over 65,000 pounds of food. This equals more than 750,000 meals provided in the past three years alone.
Another noteworthy example of doing well by doing good.
