Here at Manna we are proud to have the support of our local community organizations. One such organization that supports the Conejo Valley Food Bank is the National Charity League tour. NCL was founded in 1970 as a philanthropic organization that promotes leadership, community service and cultural awareness. Members are mothers and their daughters. According to Westlake Magazine, the Conejo Valley Chapter of NCL has over 230 active members who contribute greater than 10,000 hours annually through community service projects.
NCL of Conejo Valley provides service to local philanthropies including Manna. This past weekend, the National Charity League tour included a new class of young ladies and their moms. NCL took the time to learn about Manna, tour the pantry, as well as providing Manna with a financial donation.
