Try this unique, easy, and delicious side this Thanksgiving! This recipe is easy and only requires a few ingredients. Here is what you will need to make 4 servings:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 medium onion, sliced
4 sprigs thyme
4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss cauliflower on a baking sheet in the ingredients (minus the cheese). Toss occasionally and roast for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, toss, and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes until tender.
