Manna Conejo Valley Food Distribution Center, Inc. (“Manna”) requires that strict confidentiality be maintained with respect to all information obtained concerning the organization as well as the clients that we serve.
Manna’s staff, members of the Board of Directors, contractors, and volunteers shall not disclose any information obtained in the course of their service. This includes, but is not limited to information pertaining to clients.
No information concerning any clients will be divulged except in accordance with Manna’s approved policies. This includes addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Failure to comply with the confidentiality policies of the organization may result in disciplinary actions, including dismissal.
