As many of you know, last month Manna won the opportunity to welcome and partner with the new Urban Plates restaurant in Thousand Oaks. In early November, Urban Plates dedicated 3 days of pre-opening activities to Manna. Try this unique, easy, and delicious side this Thanksgiving! This recipe is easy and only requires a few ingredients. Here is what you will need to make 4 servings: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets 1 medium onion, sliced 4 sprigs thyme 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled 3 tablespoons olive oil Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
