“Food for Fines” is an exceptional program that benefits all participants. Libraries in the Conejo Valley region recently utilized this program in support of the Conejo Valley Food Bank. From November 30 to December 6, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park libraries offered library patrons the opportunity to pay for their overdue book fines using food.
